Origination:
Unknown probably c1950s
Condition:
Good. Felt hunt coat cut in 'morning' style , cord breeches, white stock with gold(metal) stock pin, leather plaited whip, hunting horn (doesn't blow - tried it), suede boots with leather tops and glassless monocle Comes with his own wooden seat/stand. We think a pussy donated his brush. "Oh have you seen my cat anywhere?" -" No Madam, but don't worry, our hounds are trained never to chase cats"
Commentary:
This is a collector's item. Very well maintained and looked after. He is unusual in this design which typifies country sportsmen of a bygone age. Much trouble has gone into creating this particular fox and he will look splendid on any dresser or anywhere inside a country residence. He's not a toy and should not be purchased to be played with.
