Delivery and Returns
Delivery of items
Collections Items and Stock items will normally be despatched within two working days following notification of the satisfactory clearing of your payment transaction by our credit/debit card processor organisation called PayPal.
Any out of stock items are despatched as soon as they are available. Our aim is to ship out of stock goods within 2 working days of receipt.
We will notify you by e-mail when out of stock goods are being shipped.
A packaging and delivery charge is made for each order. If multiple items are ordered, individual charges will apply and are shown in the shopping cart at the time of purchase, based on the weight and security of goods being delivered.

Overseas Shipping
All delivery charges are calculated for delivery if items within the UK. For overseas orders, we will determine the cost of shipping and email a PayPal invoice for the amount. Any delivery charge already paid for UK delivery will be deducted from the amount on the PayPal invoice. On receipt of payment of the PayPal invoice the item(s) will be shipped. Choice of carrier will depend on the nature and value of the item but we will always advise you of the expected shipping charge.
Bespoke Items
Because bespoke items are hand crafted to your specification, despatch will normally be within two working days of receipt of the item(s) to us from our craft-workers. We aim to despatch to you normally within 7-21 days from the date of your online transaction dependant on the availability of product. All orders for bespoke figurines will be acknowledged by email with an estimated delivery date & progress will be confirmed by email at each 7 day period. We aim to normally despatch bespoke Hunting maps to you within 10 working days of your on-line transaction.

Should there be a need to clarify any information submitted, this may increase the delivery time accordingly.

Returns
Collections Items and Stock Items
Hunting Memories provides high quality goods and services. You may cancel your order for Collections Items and Stock Items in accordance with the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
To cancel your order you MUST FIRST contact us by telephone or email within seven days of placing your order with us. Please include: your name, address, telephone number, email address, order reference, PayPal transaction reference, date of purchase, item/s purchased, and the order total.
You must return the goods at your own cost and are liable for their safe return to us.
As soon as we receive the goods we will consider and action your request, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail using the e-mail address you notified us with. Where a refund has been requested and agreed, we will request that Paypal credit your card transaction no later than 7working days following the date of our confirmation e-mail.
If the returned items are to be exchanged, the replacement items if held in stock will be despatched within 1 working day of the date of our confirmation e-mail. If the items are not in stock we will notify you of the new despatch date by e-mail. Please note that many of our collections items are one-off items and are irreplaceable.
You will not be charged delivery on the replacement of faulty items. If the returned items are not faulty and are to be sent back to you, our normal delivery charges will apply. We will of course confirm this to you by e-mail.
This will help us to ensure a prompt service. DO NOT return goods without first contacting us.
Hunting Memories is happy to replace/refund any goods that are confirmed by us as faulty.
Bespoke Items
Please be aware that we CANNOT include bespoke items which are hand crafted to your specification in our standard returns policy as such items are not resalable by us.
However we may be able to help you if such a need arises.
If you would like to return your bespoke item, we may be able to make you an offer for the item based on what we think we can recover by adding it to our standard sales item section. A decision will be made on a case by case basis. However, in order to avoid this situation, we will always do our very best to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order.
